Norelem linear units perform precise movements in areas such as handling and automation. As control units for these units, Norelem offers a wide selection of actuators that effectively convert received motion commands into mechanical movements.
Actuators are complete mechatronic systems consisting of a battery-free multi-turn rotary encoder, a gearbox, and a motor, as well as integrated power and control electronics. These intelligent control units convert received motion commands into mechanical movements..
In 18 different variants
Norelem actuators (item no. 85000-50) are installed at the end of machine shafts or mounted on a shaft or spindle. To prevent the actuator from rotating with the machine shaft, Norelem has developed a mounting kit consisting of a torque arm and a mounting bracket. The range includes a total of 18 actuator variants for different shaft diameters and communication protocols, in aluminum and stainless steel versions.
Norelem, a specialist in standardized components, has developed actuators specifically for its linear units. They are compatible with the 29105 linear unit, the 21250 double-tube linear unit with trapezoidal screw, the 21250-01 double-tube linear unit with mounting plate, and the new 29104 square aluminum linear unit.
Also for the new linear unit
The square aluminum linear unit 29104, recently introduced to the market, combines high rigidity, low deflection, high load capacity, and ease of use. With the aid of a spindle, it converts a rotary motion into a linear positioning motion. Available in three sizes, they are cost-effective and suitable for universal use. A special detail: the guide profile groove is covered with a steel plate that protects the screw and nut from contamination.
Norelem actuators:
- 18 different variants
- Rated torque 5 Nm
- Communication via PROFIBUS, EtherCAT, or IO-Link
- Machine shaft bearing in three different diameters: 8, 10, or 12 mm
- Stainless steel or aluminum version
- IP67 protection rating
